ChangeGame® Meeting the challenge of change leadership ChangeGame® allows participants to first explore organisational change and leadership theory and then experience the ‘realpolitik’ of introducing innovation and change into a complex organisational environment. |
|
What is ChangeGame® all about? ChangeGame® was conceived following the successful implementation of a major organisation change programme for a large UK company. It was developed to help organisations positively respond to change.
It is a rich experiential learning event that provides not only change leadership and management theory, exercises and a workbook, but also allows participants, using a realistic simulated organisation, to experience some of the real and complex issues that are faced when leading an organisational change programme.
• It supports the development of leaders to drive and support change
• It aids the empowerment of managers and their staff to achieve change • It underpins the strategic and tactical activities/projects undertaken to achieve change programmes • It helps you to learn and remember those key change leadership lessons, before costly mistakes are liable to be made or repeated |
|
When to use ChangeGame®? Most projects fail because of the cultural, people and organisational issues – it is rarely because of the technology.
ChangeGame® helps people to appreciate and address these issues, so they can both lead and manage change successfully. Use ChangeGame®: • For developing change leadership at all levels of the organisation · With project team members and/or their clients to remind them both of the typical issues they will face during the change · To support newly appointed managers and team leaders · To support the launch of organisation wide change initiatives |
|
Where has ChangeGame® been used? During the past four years ChangeGame® has been used in support of change programmes, management and leadership development programmes and project manager and IT consultant training for a variety of organisations including: Bayer, Business Link, Bournemouth University, De Beers, Dumfries & Galloway Council, Civil Service College, Customs & Excise, Highland Council, Radiocommunications Agency, Sedgemoor District Council, Siemens, Wigan Metropolitan Council |
