The Intra/internet version of the Learning Cup’s acclaimed workshop presentation that has been used with the ChangeGame® simulation for both “in-house” manager development and the change management module of an International MBA.

The tutorial comprises of five sections, each followed by a self test module. It may be used as a self contained module or incorporated into a blended learning approach.

The five modules, which will typically take about two hours to complete, are:

· Why business change is inescapable

· Personal change

· Moving the organization

· Change leadership

· Tools and techniques

The accompanying workbook also helps the “student” to reflect on their work situation and use the tools to help facilitate a change.

Having completed the tutorial the “student” will understand:

· Why organizations need to change

· How people feel when they go through a change

· The actions needed for successful change

· How a change should be led

· Some of the tools that may be used to help plan for change
