75 Ways is an extract from the 'Achieving Business Change' workbook that
accompanies some of The Learning Cup's ChangeMaster change leadership learning
events.
The seventy-five are grouped according to their main focus of either:

and provide a series of provide hints and tips to help leaders introduce and sustain
organisational transformation.
The complete 'Achieving Business Change' workbook is usually given to participants on
completion of a ChangeMaster event, which will have included a little theory,
