ChangeMaster: overview

ChangeMaster® is a set of events, products and services that are designed to provide you with the understanding, tools and support your people need to achieve the results you strive for.

We can provide a diagnostic service and design a programme of events that will prepare and support your teams and individuals in addressing change.

We can deliver the events, or refer you to others who are licensed to deliver the events, and we can sell you the tools, learning materials and eBooks to support the programme.

We prefer to teach you how to run the events yourselves.

Having trained you to run events and use the tools we can offer continued support and coaching. These are offered as distance services, through email and our web site.

We aim to make these services widely accessible to large and small Enterprises and independent change agents. This is reflected in our prices, and in our range of options for purchasing.

ChangeMaster® addresses both the individuals within an enterprise through Personal Mastery Services and the enterprise as a whole through Organisational Services.
