Why you should attendIn today's business environment change is not a "one off" event followed by long periods of stability but something that happens continually. To succeed in this climate the organisation needs to continuously transform itself; it needs to master change. Change management must be a core competence and the prime objective of the workshop series is to make the organisation self-reliant when coping with change and not to be so dependent on outside organisations.
