Why you should attend

It is important to help individuals see where the conflicts will be between their personal situation and the needs of the organisation and to identify the support that will be needed for their transition. The Achieving Sustainable Change Workshop will help you understand the personal and organisational issues in changing from where you are to where the organisation wishes to be.

Who will benefit

Change leaders and anybody who is involved in or undergoing a major organisational change.

Duration

Two Days

Event Outline

The Workshop is comprised of a number of interleaved themes, explained below, and includes sessions for personal reflection and action planning at various points throughout the two days.

Theme 5 - Personal Transition

What will the changes mean to me, how congruent are the plans we are making with my personal situation? What are the key challenges and issues for me? What support do I need and what will my personal action plan look like?
